  8. The listings for the column, "16-Bit Software Toolbox" by Ray Duncan
  9. are in file Dunclst.lst and appeared on page 78 of the issue.
  10.  
  11. The listings for the column "Structured Programming" by Namir Shammas
  12. are in file Shammas.lst and appeared on page 120 of the issue.
  13.  
  14. The C-Chest listing is not included this month because it will be 
  15. incorporated into a soon to be published book called "NR: And 
  16. Implementation of the Unix Nroff Word Processor," by Allen Holub. 
  17. It will be available in March.
